Welcome to Kroneva — a software platform built to empower African offices and professional service firms. By accessing or using any Kroneva application (including Audit, Office, Portal, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Kroneva.
1. Who We Are
Kroneva (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides cloud-based tools for timesheets, assignments, invoicing, reviews, attendance, and related productivity features. Our Admin console (admin.kroneva.com) is for internal Kroneva staff and is not a customer-facing service.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
- Use the service for yourself or a legally registered business/organization.
- Provide accurate registration and contact information.
3. Accounts & Access
- Each user must maintain a secure login; do not share credentials.
- Firms are responsible for user provisioning and compliance.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvention, or misuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer Kroneva systems.
- Use Kroneva outside lawful professional operations.
5. Plans & Billing
- Subscription plans: Standard, Pro, Enterprise, or Custom.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may suspend or terminate for non-payment or abuse.
6. Data Ownership & Rights
- You retain ownership of your content and business data.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
- We do not sell customer data.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using Kroneva, you also agree to that policy.
8. Availability & Security
- We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We apply industry-standard security but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
- You are responsible for securing your devices and networks.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access if:
- You breach these Terms or applicable laws.
- Required by law or competent authority.
- Your firm’s subscription ends.
You may stop using Kroneva at any time. Provisions that by nature survive termination (e.g., fees owed, confidentiality, IP rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., in-product message or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
