Kroneva values your trust. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: name, email, role, phone (optional).
  • Firm Information: business name, contact person details, industry, billing plan.
  • Usage Data: logs of access, timesheets, assignments, invoices, attendance (for non-partners).
  • Technical Data: browser, device, IP address, and—where needed for attendance—coarse geolocation.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers directly; payments are handled by trusted third-party processors.

2. How We Use Information

  1. Provide, operate, and improve the services and user experience.
  2. Authenticate users and secure access.
  3. Process timesheets, attendance, invoices, and related features.
  4. Send onboarding, support, operational, and policy communications.
  5. Enforce Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, storage, analytics, payments, email delivery).
  • Competent authorities when required by applicable law.

We never sell or trade user data.

4. Data Retention

  • We retain data while your firm uses Kroneva and as required by law.
  • After termination, data may be archived or deleted after a reasonable period unless we must retain it.

5. Security

We use encryption, access controls, logging, and monitoring to protect data; however, no system is 100% secure. You must protect your devices, networks, and credentials.

6. International Access

While Kroneva is based in Ghana and built for Africa, data may be processed or stored on secure servers outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or update your information.
  • Request deletion (subject to legal/contractual obligations).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.

8. Children

Kroneva is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may revise this Policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you (e.g., in-product message or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
